Thank you for this excellent video. Unlike the brilliant previous 9 year old comment, I'm 70 and just learning. This was fun and I do believe gift worthy. I now want to make everyone a beanie for Christmas.😍💝
I’m primarily a knitter. Just learning crochet, but I think I could manage crocheting this with your help here from the video tutorial. Thanks so much!
Thank you so much for doing this in English. You make beautiful things. Looking forward to more of your tutorials in English 🤞🤞🤞. I'm definitely going to make this hat x
Hello Claudetts, I made this hat today but I want to say that its the first time I have ever been able to close a hat this way.. your instructions were clear and very easy to follow. I want to say thank you for making it simple for me. Now I will make lots more like this to donate. :) tyvvm
This is so nice. I’ve redone my grandmother mother in laws hat several times because of the way a stitch looks with the yarn I’m using but this pattern made it look beautiful!!

Great tutorials, I've already crocheted the bobble stitch hat for my granddaughter which she loves, so I'm defiantly going to do this one too! Tfs. ❤️😉👍
Thank you! I have made 3 of these now. One for my almost 4 year old, one for my 18 month old and just finished a newborn one for a baby girl due in the family soon!
Hi. Thank you for taking the time to making this tutorial. I made this beanie over the weekend. Love it. Can't wait to wear it tomorrow to uni. Thank you.
Love this hat, but when I tried to make it - it was huge even though I meansured the band!! Ended up undoing it all - such a shame. You made it look so easy, so I must have done something wrong!
Love this hat! Here's how my hat worked out: I made a 50 centimeter hat brim and 20 centimeters in height before decreasing. The brim fits well but the hat is too long for me so I flipped up the brim. I couldn't get the hat to cinch well, so I started a new strand of yarn and wove it around the top of the hat and then pulled on both ends and knotted it closed. This closed the hat tightly and I didn't need to sew a hole closed. Will make more of these hats - love the yarn used in the video! I may have to buy it and make a hat and matching cowl set. Claudetta has a simple and beautiful cowl youtube.
