Hi, I am making bonnet size 6-12 months old for my baby, but I am confused about what size of the hook I should use. You mentioned using 5mm hook for this baby size in the instruction on your website but instead of using 5mm, you used 6mm hook in your tutorial? My circle after round 5 is 0.5 inches larger than the target size as I used the 6mm hook. What hook should I use now? 5.5mm or 5mm? Thank you!

Hi! Sorry for the mix-up. It more so depends on gauge, so since using the 6mm hook makes your circle come out a bit larger than the target size, I'd go down to a 5mm hook! I hope this helps! Have fun making this for your little baby!
