How to Crochet Slipper Socks 

Sitting here with hands that are so unbelievably sore from trying to knit socks. I just can’t knit, it’s too painful. And then I thought to myself, “I wonder if crystal has made a video for crochet socks”, and here it is!!!! I was feeling so defeated, and this just made my day. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

Just been through like 5 different crochet sock tutorials and all of them were so complicated...then I found this one. SO EASY. Thank you for explaining each step properly :) :)

Crystal, I spent a whole day trying to find an easy crochet or knit sock pattern that could be altered to fit my feet. I should have started with your video's first. This is an awesome pattern. I am going to also make them shorter to make some slippers also. Thanks from the bottom of my heart.

Thank you for the easy to follow tutorial. I have managed to make a pair of socks for myself. After wearing them for a day, they have stretched quite a bit, so my next pair will be made as a tight fit to allow for stretching.

I agree with the other comments a lovely explanation for making socks. A question if I make the first lot of chain longer and increase the main part could I make long fun socks that I can then add flowers to 🤪

What a throwback!!

This is the first tutorial where it is super simple!!! I've watched several and they are so detailed and I think you have to be a mathematician to figure out the pattern. However, since I'm not a mathematician, did you simply count how many stitches you made around and then divided by 3 to come up with 8/8/8? Thanks for your advice.

Thats a nice sock. Suggestion: Can you make the same sock in plain colour so we can see the stitches clearly? Hard to see because of the dark and multi colour pattern. Thanks !

Love the pattern but did not fit my foot, had to frog it is there a way I could make it bigger . Will try again maybe I missed something first time doing a sock

Is this a sock weight yarn? would the stitch count change much with say a sock yarn like red hearts heart and sole, Bernat sox, or other similar yarn?

Where did you measure from for the top of your sock?

At first row and following, are you counting the chain 3 as a double crochet?

do you continue 8 single crochet with decrease for 15 row?

I don't understand where to begin the talon.

Like the video. I have a question about the first 15 rows. After the first row where you decrease, yoy say to go around the next rows with. A single crochet. But it looks like you decrease. I didn't do any decreases and mine doesn't look like yours. Can you please clear up the rows. Do I decrease or just do 15 or how many i want row withno decrease. Thank you.

I’m really disappointed because I love all of Crystal‘s tutorials and this is not a hate comment it’s disappointment. I went to the Facebook page and asked the same question that I asked hear the administrator declined my question. I’m very disappointed that happened because I love all of Crystal’s tutorials, however in this one she did not tell how Mini yards or how many skeins of yarn she used, and she normally tells what size her hats and sweaters and everything else is this one did not have that detail in it. If anybody can help me out what size are these socks made in.
