Hi everyone! ♥
In this tutorial learn how to crochet nice home slippers with T-shirt yarn and in this first part of the tutorial I will teach you how to crochet double soles for the slippers.
I'm so in love with them and it's so nice to put them on when you come home after a hard day at work.
Do not miss the chance to crochet such slippers yourself and share with me the delight of wearing them.
And for that I use:
- 7-9 mm T-shirt yarn
- 6 mm hook
- needle with a big eye
- scissors
In the second part we will crochet crossed uppers for the slippers.
And in future videos I will also show you how to glue a rubber sole to these slippers.

Thanks for the amazing tutorial, I made those for both my parents as christmas presents! For a man size 43 I adapted the pattern as such: I made a chain 23 + 1 in the beginning and I added a row of double crochets all around at the end for width!

@@yassogamer1547 A sole for the left foot you make the same way except one moment. When you crochet two single soles together do it from the other side so that a big toe would be on the right as we have it on our left foot

I bought rubber for the soles and special glue in a local shop where they sell everything for making and repairing shoes

Are you sure you need it wider? I personally wear these slippers and they are even a bit wider than my feet. Or maybe you mean the uppers of the slippers?

@@CrochetwithJulia Hi, thank you for replying. Let's say I'm using thinner yarn, so I have to adjust the number of foundation ch (for longer pattern) but not understand how to make another row/round so it can be a little wider as Im using different type of yarn .

If you use the same yarn as me and the same hook, try to make 13 stitches + 1 extra stitch to start the first row. But what the length you get also depends on how tight you crochet. After you crochet the first part of the first sole try it on your kid's foot, maybe you'll need to make it a little longer or shorter
