hello, please I need help. I got the 9100 lifefitness crosstrainer. All works and the battery is good, screen powers up properly but suddenly the resistance does not work anymore and does not matter what program I choose or what resistance I choose. Please help , might actually be something silly. I was wondering if a full reset would help. But how do I perform a full reset?? Can go on to diagnostic but does not seem there is a setting for a reset. What could be the problem please if a reset does not help?Thanks, please help

@@commercialpartsfortreadmil4295 thanks, I actually sorted it out. By chance I found a broken brush and replaced them by myself. Replaced both for a non original £2 brushes, it works like a treat now
I need help, i bought an Everfit cross trainer and I was assembling it and the front rod is stuck. I can't move it an inch. The grease that came on it didn't help. The manual said to "slide in" the rod, I couldnt "slide" it in, the only way I got it to inch in was to twist it, and now it is stuck. It is about 26cm and I have maybe 10cm sticking out one side.
