Really useful. I had to figure most of this out the hard way. Playing against bad players can be more tricky than it seems. It can be high variance and if you try to force spots just because you think you have a skill edge and are entitled to win, you can wind up hurting yourself.

I love playing at tables with lots of limpers. I like to raise and continuation bet the flop. Since their range is so wide, they are forced to either fold too often, call with garbage, or bluff away their stack.

very good info, getting tired of limpers. Yesterday in a 30 pko Had AKs two limpers I made it 7.5 bigs one called, A-7-5 rainbow flop, he shoves., I call believing that he didn't have a set and maybe a draw.. I lose he has 75 off can't make this crap up.

What do I do if all the players limp and then call until the end with terrible hands? If I wait for the absolute premium dream I'm not playing at all and get pushed around for being super nitty...

In live tournaments especially the wsop, multiple players will limp relentlessly with anything 😂

Limping... the nature of cash games. Now in 1-2 NLH, I've found that some players who limp with a small pair will always call to try and make a set no matter how big the raise. Not a real wise play considering the possibility for set-over-set to occur. That's rare but a nasty trap- beware. I find that usually the pot isn't big enough to make a big squeeze play in cash games worthwhile. I'm tighter than most in 1-2, but have called a sizeable raise of $21 with connectors from time to time and cracked high pairs. That's fun! Now to have a chance of raising everyone off the hand in 1-2, make it 40-50$! I once called a raise to 50 with eights, making quads by the river, majorly cracking aces. However, it should be mentioned that this raiser had done a squeeze play before and showed his hand. He wanted action, and got it! Anyway despite being tighter, I'm not a player who likes high pairs. Limp with those and try to make a set, because they get cracked so often! 😅

I have a dedicated color to mark online tricky limpers. Those who limp with monsters and shove when I blast it pre. When they do that move I'm sure they have QQ+. Also I take note of players who limp EP with good hands. Beware of tricky limpers. Some of them do it on purpose to exploit your aggression.

Is that range really junk though? Any of the hands could call a raise that isn’t like 8x bb

I see this esp with high hand events! I’m shocked at how much people will pay to try to win a high hand. Sometimes more than the high hand amount would be.

Yes and I absolutely 3 and 4 bet the ever living crap out of them. Punish limpers, they are almost free money. Especially double flatters.

Yes, in a weekly tournament. They are limp-folding with ~10bb stacks.

People in my game limp with marginal hands, because they arent good. And also limp with AA KK because they dont want to scare anyone off😂

1. First tip is to be agressive to limpers. Now, that's an "unexpected and innovative" strategy! Of course noone can be possible detect fish and lay a trap. 2. Two types of limpers who limp with mediocre and with good hands. So noone limps with bad hands? Everyone folds 72 on bb when the rest is calling? Okay. This was your second video I see and... You know, my comment from the first one.
