@1:57 suggestions were great. Chose potatoes over hard boiled egg. Heat felt so soothing. Thanks for the tip. Trying to get Dr to look at it in the morning. Rice in a clean sock maybe less work than having boiled potatoes. Loved your video!
Hi doctor, my little chalazion is still there(on my eyelid) for almost 20 days. But it was never painful and apparently is not growing. My doctor said that to leave it alone as it’s quite small and do warm compresses. So my question is how long should I leave it alone? Is there a specific time for me to think that it’s enough to wait and go to my doctor again to have the chalazion checked? is this ok if it stays with me for months etc. if it doesn’t harm my vision? Same ! I think mine has been on my eye fod a month. I have been doing warm compresses and given an ointment to put on it at night. It’s not working. It does hurt , doesn’t affect my vision. I just still see it. After putting warm compress it seems to get bigger. I have been seeing apple cider vinegar works.
Too bad I live far away from your office, more precisely in another continent, South America, Brazil. This is the 2nd time in 4 months I've come down with an anterior hordeolum which was bound to become a chalazion but disappeared completely. This time the doc prescribed me azytromicin and some cortisteroidal eye cream for 10 days.
Dr D … would really like to know if the pure castor oil… hexane free etc would harm the eyes… you don’t have to say yay or nay that it will cure cataracts… just please let me know if it is okay to put in the eyes…👍🏻😁‼️ up till now I haven’t gotten an answer … please answer… thank you much😁
I didn’t act quickly after having a stye. Now is just sitting there. I used drops “ antibiotics “ but I didn’t used them regularly, so I guess I developed infection resistant. I don’t want steroids shots or surgery. Do you think I still o time for heat compressions? I never did it regularly just like once a week. My stye is for three months now
I knew somebody who had the same problem he had a sty for five months and started doing the hot compress and it left in a week! But everybody is different! Good luck😇
I’m using my sons prescription for when he had pink eye I never opened it because we had basically taken care of the situation for him. So I’m hoping it works lmao
