+meme hadi Hi Meme, we're sorry but unfortunately we're unable to deliver to Iraq. Don't forget you can always visit one of our stores in Australia, Asia or Europe :)
Research some shipment forwarding services, I think they ship to USA and then you can get a third party company to ship to your country. Just go into Google and search "Shipment forwarding Iraq" and hopefully you can find something! :)
My observation is that if you have so much time to customize your planner you probably don't have much of a life to plan. I co-chaired a charity gala that netted $206,000 and I had 44 women on my committee; I didn't need a doodled up planner in order to keep track of the dozens of meetings and calls that lead up to the event. (Not to mention my own social life, home renovations, and the school/sports activities of my children.) I get the "whatever works for you" attitude but this entire process feels more elementary school arts and crafts busywork rather than any sort of tool to keep you organized. PS, I watched this (not the whole thing) because someone I follow recommended this. Now I have a better sense of her.
I don't think these planners are meant for everyone. But I wouldn't judge someone as less capable of organizing and overseeing demanding projects just because they prefer these kinds of planners. I've always been someone who values and practices efficiency in procedure and in managing a business. But over the past 5 years, I've grown to appreciate those who are artsy. They have a sense of innovation and inspiration that isn't as mundane. And so I began to incorporate some "life" into my once-boring planners. Just a minor addition of doodling or craftiness can broaden ones ability to create an appeal not only inside a planner, but in presentation and appeal either with customers or other business networks. It adds a unique and identifiable "signature" that projects from the planner pages to the execution of the plans. Just like music, a little art application will help the left side of the brain work hand-in-hand with the right side of the brain. And so although I still maintain my efficiency in the planning process, I remember to reserve a minute or two every day to write in cursive, doodle, or apply a sticker to help utilize the creative side of the brain.
Jee Thao, oh, I didn't say that someone was LESS capable of organizing. I'm saying that if you have so much time to decorate a planner, it would seem you have way too much time on your hands. If I was in a meeting with one of my charity volunteers that is an attorney in her professional life, I would be quite frankly embarrassed to open up a planner with little sparkly pennants strung across a string line with a precious little card reminding me to, "plant dreams & grow a happy life" while I'm expecting her to give her valuable time.
The Scarlett I guess it's all about personal preference then. To some, quotes and reminders serve as an inspiration. Some like glitter, and some don't. Some like Franklin Covey planners, and some like Martha Stewart planners with a bit of a style. To me, it's only embarrassing if someone isn't prepared for a meeting. However they want to spend their personal time, whether it be reading a book or adding a banner inside their planner, is entirely up to them. We all have a time to do business and a time for personal interests. It's not necessarily "too much time on ones hands" if they choose to spend 3 minutes of their down time to add a banner. We're all entitled to down time and creativity. Someone who is creative doesn't necessarily "not have much of a life to plan." There are many professional bloggers who craft, and their planners are stylish. They have grueling schedules and demands in order to keep up with their profession and be ahead of the game, yet their planners are as artsy as they are packed with demands. Being professional doesn't have to be boring, unless one prefers it that way. To each his/her own.
