How to cut 3mm carbon steel with 300W CO2 laser  

High power CO2, only use oxygen for cutting. Compressed air cannot be used. The machine can cut stainless steel and carbon steel, both using oxygen

@@STYLECNCService ok sir, we used stj1390 CNC, we use air compressor and oxygen at the same time, cutting a stainless steel 0.1mm thickness, we use your demo setting, a 300 watt CNC laser machine to our 180watt CNC., at 1st it is effective, but now, it could'nt cut already a stainless steel.

@@markhozz115 Please check all reflective mirrors and focusing mirrors on the machine to see if they are clean. Clean them, or replace them. Then check your laser is not biased. Calibration laser.
