watchng you remined me of being in manila and buying the pineapple from vinders they always so friendly and had a unque way to cut them in a sandwitsh bag for me i always tipped them 50 pasos i wonder do you know how they did it ?and do you add salt like they did oh ya the pineapples there are so much better then the ones we get here

Awes thanks for sharing this memory! I didn't add any salt, but you could. Also, I know it's popular to sprinkle Tajin (chili lime salt) to fruits in Mexico.
