Is that a mistake? I am wondering how you will sew with the actual measurement. Now sewing allowance to join to the back pane.. Please help

How do you get the measurement for the thigh?most guys cant sit down because the thigh is not right.do you get the measurement when they down?or slant the tape towards the thigh,thank you
Pls I'd the 2" crotch extension standard? Can I use 2" for a twelve year old boy' s shokoto?secondly by the time the rope band is added won't it make the crotch length too long? Thanks
@@MrRedefinedClothing thanks for your fast response sir.U misunderstood my second question so let me re- phrase sir: for instance a client's crotch depth/ length from waist is 10" & the rope band should be 1.5" plus the crotch depth will make it 11.5" long at finishing of the shokoto trouser.So am asking is it not proper to minus 1.5" from the crotch length of 10"( ie use 8.5") plus the band of 1.5" when attached becomes 10" original crotch length.pls sorry for the lengthy words.Thank you sir
Hi, the thigh measurement is used when closing the Trouser..... Why I used 1.5 at the waist area is because; if you use 2" it will have excess allowance at the waist area.. As after closing the waist, the ideal allowance expected is 1 inch to 1.5" maximum.

For this particular method of cutting ...I don't use laps /thigh in cutting. I use waist , Hips, Ankle and Trouser length. ..... While sewing; that's when I will now apply Thigh and knee. .... Do you know why now???
