Hi Corey, The first window by design does not drop out because the cuts are intentionally coming up short of meeting each other in the corners. However when the final cuts are made, the window does drop out leaving the steps in the corner.
Unfortunately, we do not have a video of the double mat version of the offset corner. You would follow the method for double matting except apply the same rules for the offset corners.
Hello, after marking the multiple sets of borders, you cut the wrong border lines that the mat guide is set to. This eventually creates the stepped corners. If you email us at cs@logangraphic.com, I can send you an instruction sheet on how to do this.
