Please Ma,when I finish sewing the top bodice ,the total of what I hav e is 23 at thecwaist and my hip is 40..please off I divide 23 by 2 I have 11.5 ,please how do i measure the waist since the 11.5 is even bigger than my hip which is 10.thank you for the tutorial..

Did the draw string case reach the zipper allowance? And did you top stitch the rope in the draw string before attaching your zipper?
