God willing, i will buy a sewing machine this holiday as a learner to start practicing, there are many creative people out here but i want to stick with u , i really wish that i can come to nigeria to learn face to face .. Here in uganda , there are teachers that are 90 percent theoretical and only 10 percent practicle and even if one is at school leaning fashion, yet it's like their money is being paid In vain .. Hi there! Thanks for this tutorial, it's really really helpful. Please i have few questions 1) if i don't want a deep qnd wide necklines,the front in particular,how do i reduce it? I don't have much fats around my neck. 2)did you pad the back piece? 3)if i want a fish line skirt attached to it,i mean this skirt..unmmm.. mermaid skirt,will i follow the same procedure you did for the straight skirt and wont it after the shaping at all? 4) how many yards of pattern paper did you use? I only took out the waist dart from the front piece of the skirt. I didn’t take out the waist dart from the back piece of the skirt. And that was the reason I sewed the waist dart for just the back piece of the skirt. Kindly rewatch that clip for clarification. Thank you 🤍
