Hello. Thank you You only need a few measurements. Measure round the hips, round the waist, round the thigh and also from the waist to the boxer length. If you are making a43 waist how much would you make the hip

Since the waist will have an elastic, you should use your hips measurement and not your waist measurement.

The best fabric is 100% cotton. Commonly used to make men's shirts and bedsheets.

When taking the measurements, are you using the exact body measurements or you add extra allowance.

Hi. I used the exact measurements. But take note that I added 0.5" when marking them on the fabric. However, you can add 1" to yours instead of 0.5". Don't add more.

The important sizes you need are the waist and hip sizes. Remember you're putting elastic at the waist. Just measure a few men that fall in the sizes of S, M, L and XL and you can use those sizes.
