I like ur videos....u are honest to details but I have one suggestion for u...try to make sewing tutorials too not only cutting of fabric especially for beginners who might not know it all.... U will go far because ur styles which u decide to cut here are lastest styles people find hard to cut and sew .... Nice one and goodluck
When making a straight skirt with a slit,some don’t want to leave d slit open because their legs will show so you leave some fabric there to cover d slit and that’s d what I mean by walking allowance. Because if you just close slit and not leave fabric there they won’t be able walk properly

Wa alaikumussalam, you should use a size guide. You can find many online and use them or you can curate your own from there. Size guides help you in making different outfits without the need to measure all of them individually
