Best cucumber video. 🥒🔪 You show both methods rather than one. I'm learning sushi right now. The first method was the one that I saw the chef I'm learning from do while the other would be how I would prefer it, but with that being said, I am definitely going to try the first one out because I am new at it. Very frustrating to find the right video, this was the right video for me. Thank you! 🍣

So I see in this video (and others' videos) that your nori sheet is about half the size of what I have bought, am I supposed to be cutting them in half myself? I got them from an Asian grocery store and don't remember seeing any other sizes really.
