There are blades for food on amazon that is just stainless steel. I heard other blades have paint and industrial oil and stuff. Gonna do the same for some ribs :)

Good points! I would definately not use a new woodblade on this method. After it has had some rounds through wood most of the oil will have dissapeared and I don't think the coating of the blade will really fall off. Butnif there are food blades, nothing better than that! Bon apetìtt! 😀

Dude, the blade for this: Makita B-30570. Made for cutting ice - way less mess. Used by hunters and butchers. Good luck!

No hoarding we eat a lot of liver paté with beets on sourdoughbread :) We actually just finished the last of it some days ago. Time to get some more! Now we are hoarding different things cause 2022 doesnt look so bright. I need to get a food blade ;) have a good one Liz
