I know this video is old but I wanted you to know after watching this video gave me the courage to cut my hair during the pandemic. I wanted to tell you" Thank you so much"!! If you don't know how much your videos inspire people like me to take chance, I am here to tell you I'm one of them. Please keep making your videos sweetie and thank you soooooooo much😊
This video is life! I just cut my hair myself about a month or so ago and am in need of a trim. I just hate going to the salon. They never get it right. So I may just try to do it myself! Thank you!!
you can say that again. i feel like they don't listen when you tell them what you want. i went in with a head full of hair and came out bald all caused i wanted a tapered cut.
This is the 2nd video I've watched and you're so good at explanation and demonstrating. I cut mine and it turned out nicely. And I know I'll get better. 🥰 You give me confidence in this. Thank you!
After a year and a half of cutting my hair during the pandemic, I just learned from your great video, I was using the wrong side for the right left tapers. Thank you for these excellent tips.
I was so nervous. .after watch her make it look so easy I went ahead and did it..I LOVE IT. I use 1/2 in in back and sides and 1 in top. But I wanted it shorter so I got a 3/8in wahul Clippers with the color codes help a lot. I wish u all the best in ur hair cut journey.
Thank you. Very informative. Yes..my barber always takes off too much. It’s winter now and I cannot have my scalp exposed to the elements. London is freezing.
First may I say how the Lord has blessed your hands. And do you have a tutorial on how to create that beautiful round hair line. Mines is square and I want to recreate it. Thank you so much. You are such an inspiration!!
Arrgghh, I'm so annoyed, I sent my barber a video very similar to this showing him the cut I want (my hair's grown loads during lockdown, so wanted to just have a shape up to define a tapered look. Despite this, he's still chopped off more than what I wanted, and now I'm feeling annoyed that 5 months worth of growth is gone to the shop floor. Feeling more and more, that I should follow your lead and do it myself! Thank you.
Hi love thanks for tge tips. My question is how do I taper the sides with thinning edges? My sides are long enough to camouflage the thinness however it could be neater. I don't trust anyone to mess with them!!!!
Can you recommend an inexpensive mirror to purchase so that I can cut behind my ears? I follow your vids and no longer go to the barber but I can't get behind my ears with one hand, bought a sticky mirror from Walmart but it doesn't work well and I really dont want to spend he $100 for the trifold one..but I will, I need hands free..TY
Do I leave the clippers open or closed during the cut? Excellent video by the way. I’m tired of my barber cutting me to masculine. I’m going to try myself. I’ve been rewatching your videos for the last week getting ready. Lol.
This is so helpful, when i get my sides cut they never seem to get it correct. i had the shaved first and then started growing it out where i wanted the sides to go short to long into my top. My stylists does not do a bad job, but not what im asking. Ive taken pictures, still not what im asking. #frustrated
Omg!! This is sooo helpful. I just did the big chop and received the “man cut” 😔 I wish you could cut mine!! thanks for the info. Oh btw should I pick out the top and have a barber cut that?? He failed to trim the top portion of my hair and again I just cut the perm ends off with ✂️, please help
Hey lady, Happy New Year. Do you have any tips for thinner hair? My son's hair is more straighter than ours so when I attempt to pick it, it seems to lay back down
Tell the truth .I love a cut from most barbers but they make me look like a man. I thanked the Lord for your video tips on clipper cutting natural hair.
Hi. I’d like to know how long do designs (lines cut in the hair) to grow out? I am trying decide if I should get designs and trying to figure out how often or how fast will it need to be maintained.
I'm sure this is a good video but I would have loved more of a demonstration while talking. I found another video where it was quick and too the point and made absolute sense. The demonstration was not fast forwarded either.
