I would definitely purchase your stencils as soon as you are ready to sell them! Just notify me & let me know when you’re ready, okay? Your designs are amazing but I won’t be able to make them myself, as I have RA & my hands will become inflamed and extremely painful very fast if I attempted to do what you were doing! So many people my age have he same problem! Your selling them would solve Our problem & allow us to participate in this art form! Thank you❤
Amazing, I love what you created. 💕Alot of work went into your designs. 👏👏 I hope you find a stencil cutter that can reproduce them for you at a good price. I have some pre-cut stencils I bought. I like the coffee staining idea. I was thinking you could make a stencil like a mirror image. Draw a line, down the middle of the sheet. Then draw a picture on the left side like trees flowers and birds. Then copy it, either facing inwards or outwards, depending on you design, on the other side. The stencil can also be used to make a design on a chalk painted piece of funiture like a cupboard with two doors. I hope that makes sense. Could you use coloured ink or watered down paint to get the same effect? Or a sachet of clothes dye? So much fun to experiment. Thank you for sharing. 💖
Beautiful! Found it so interesting that the coffee gets dark in the openings all by itself! Hope you find a way to produce your stencils for sale. Good luck.
Wow! You are super talented. I was amazed at your art and cutting skills as you cut out that beautiful stencil. Your designs on the coffee-stained paper are so amazing.
Wow your video just popped on when I was just strolling RU-vid. Your stencils are beautiful 😍. And the way you do coffee stain is a lot better than other people I have watched. New subscriber here!❤
Awesome!!!!!!!!that is all I can say . I really hope you do get to get your stencils on the market I would be customer over and over love your work you are very talented I have a cricut maker 3 and i could not do as good as you using the machine . I really hope to see your work for sale soon I would even buy your coffee stained paper if you had it for sale ( Hint Hint )😂😂😂
Thanks!! I will definitely look into the stencil-making options! I just added the paper to my web store too. www.rhondaleannestock.com/shop/p/coffee-stenciled-paper-8-12-x-11
Thanks for showing us this technique. I had been trying to figure it out. See if Joggles is interested in helping you make and sell your stencils. They are quite nice.
I am going to try this first in small. Because to buy they are expensive, and there is always a motiv you don't like or use. I found tangling the other day, so I will find something to go for. Thanks!!!
Oh my gosh…. Gorgeousness everywhere! I love your new stencil. Can’t believe we got to watch you do this! I just bumped into your channel tonight. So I subscribed. Hope more people jump on your channel to see your talent. Amazing!
Nice job on designing and cutting stencil. I bought some blank stencil plastic in a hobby superstore's fabric section but didn't get around to designing anything. You have a lot of patience and a steady hand
Beautiful, but a lot of work. I admire your patience and steady hand. I would mess it up and eventually just give up. Don't you have a Cricut or similar machine? You can make your beautiful stencils way quicker that way. 😍
Best video I have seen all day, great process video, thank you for sharing this. Your stencil making and paper are indeed beautiful and very well thought out.
If you’re not confident in your own drawing techniques, I’m pretty sure you could trace your pattern onto the plastic with carbon paper and it will show up. Thanks for the demonstration and inspiration!
Hi Rhonda, love your stencils. It is amazing how the air affects the coffee so you get the fantastic patterns on the paper. You have a lot of patience while doing the cutting, how long did it take? Cheers
They are amazing! I absolutely love your newest one! Do you have the patience of a saint? I can’t imagine cutting out all those little spaces and remembering to leave the little link in between. Just gorgeous!!
Hi Rhonda! I came over from the jjfb group and gave you a sub! This is so creative, although I am not an artist by any means. I will have to check out some of the stencils. I never thought of using the stencils I have to coffee dye with!! What!? Thanks so much for the inspiration!! Merry Christmas!
So talented and beautiful work. I am thinking of cutting stencils on my cricut. Also I might try die cutting and see if that works. I love how you just leave the stencil on overnight. How easy is that. From Oz.
You must be able to cut very carefully. I tend to over cut or accidentally slice things off so gave up making my own stencils ages ago. Very nice results though
Impressive! I have tried cutting my own and succeeded somewhat, but using very simple shapes, and that took hours! Why would i do my own when yours are so beautiful! 👍Well done!
Thanks for good tips and lovely ideas.A quick suggestion…why not us a white sewing pencil or white colored pencil for demo purposes so you can make it. More visible for viewers as well as yourself for the cutout guidelines. Maybe even a crayon. Thanks M
What a beautiful design, and amazing cutting skills!! Thank you for sharing. Do you need to use proper coffee, or would really strong instant work? Going to try this out certainly. Thanks
I just used regular computer paper. You could use cardstock too, but the pattern might not go onto the back of the page like it does on thinner paper. I haven't tried it yet.
Thank you for showing how to cut the stencils. I was just thinking about doing this and happened upon your video. Love the designs you created.- they are beautiful. I usually use purchased stencils to do this, but am moving toward cutting my own now. Going to check out your channel now and become a new subbie!
I'm just using regular computer paper, but you could use card stock too. With the computer paper, the design shows up on the back of the paper too. I'm not sure if it would transfer through card stock, but even one-sided, it would be nice in a journal!
