We recommend that you best practice in one gear the whole time. Any higher gear will easily cause accidents.

as a beginner, i wouldnt to above 11mph. some advanced riders/dancers can do it above 15mph. if u are just starting, i recommend 5-8mph

Appreciate the advice! Tried cross-stepping for the first time yesterday and didn't quite nail it. Made sure to bend my knees and keep my arms out though ;)

I love doing the pivot trick its so easy and any normal rider can learn it within a day of practice

hold down the brake, and do the foot movements on the grass to get yourself used to the feeling of the move. get that muscle memory in tune ✔️
