How To Deal With A Breakup? ft.  

Current situation is this of mine.. My personal advice to deal with it just keep silent.. No arguments no contacts. Jusy silent. Of your partener asks anything just shut your mouth n smile. And read some vedas ramayana and before going to bed just listen hanuman chalisa with high volume. Take a deap breathe and say to yourself its ok. Cry scream and wash your face apply cream n go for exercise. Time will proof this incidence going to better for u just trust on it. And as we know nothing is permanent not even our bodies. Love your family

Yes.. It takes years to heal... It's been 1 year and I still feel that it's like yesterday which effects me so badly

There's difference between break up and heartbreak, i had 5 break up which i really don't care but 1 heartbreak which broke me into pieces, 1 girl made me feel what other 5 girls couldn't do combinedly...

I'd once thought that I would never heal outta the worst heartbreak of my life. Take time. With time, everything gets healed.

If you're chasing them , that means they are running away from you .don't chase anything in your life. Thought ,money , people just be normal life is simple you just need a clear vision to see.

Literally, No One can give an exact answer how to heal break up... its all bout time and self-motivation.... loving yourself and try to reach the impossible goal... finally broke up 5 days back after months of fights, ups and down after 7 years of an open relationship. I was committed all these years. She dumped me, at last, saying she has started dating someone and literally have no feelings for me. But I have started doubling my gym and cardio session with impossible dietary habits and trying to join masters after years. I am 34 and trying to start from the day ahead I met her 8 years back. And the time was also same DEC 2013. I do have heavy chest/ pain every day after a few hours but I talk with myself and try to convince me that she is not going to come back in my life and love me again. I am 34 and still confused but I know I will survive this disaster.

Dear those facing stuff like break up or had someone close who changed all of a sudden...remember there are also people like u who love truly so search out for someone just like u ...there are billions of people And trust me you'll find someone like u .Be strong !

Set a goal and crush it, best way to deal with breakup/rejection of any sort.

Guys just be sure about one thing that, initially ull feel its tough and not able to get over it but, trust me guys time heals everything just gather some nerves and set high standard goals to yourself and get out of that mediocrity. We deserve better. Not everyone we lose is a loss. Let's make this as a strong kickass motivation than weakness. This a just a small part of life just like other tragedies. We cannot control other people actions their minds but we can do justice to ourselves by staying away from them. Some ppl are shit, just accept it analyize it and move ahead. Don't punish yourselves pls love yourself and fmly..they are our true well wishers and want to only see us succeed. YOLO. So let's make this life enriching and best magical story ever written. God is with us with pure ppl. Get some confidence u have got better bigger purpose in life, than thinking about someone who wouldn't even care. Means your whole relationship was meaningless. He cheated on me after 2 years of realationship....he is the one who said to me he will die if I don't love him and will end his life if I don't love him🥺 i don't know what to do and how to get over it he break-uped with me 3 times and this is the 4th time...all this 3 times I just thinking that he will be with me forever but he got someone this time....what he done to me is unforgettable and unforgivable...I can't think about that day January 29 ...night..I asked him who I am to u boo he said I don't know...and said I want breakup...on 30th I called him and begged him to not leave me....but he gone.... saying something that a girl can nevr want to hear from a boy that she loves for ever.....he will never hear my sound in his entire life....he will miss me and will realise that how much I loved for him and cared for him like littile baby.....I am just tearing apart...and my mom is continuously asking me what happand to me....my face is always like crying and what happand to me on that night killing me ....I want to overcome from this...I got strength from reading the comments there r lots of people like me who get cheated.....I am believing that my almighty father will help me.....here is a smile for everyone 🙂 we r STRONG....

If somebody gets dumped , cheated , or taken for granted , there's a thing called "NO CONTACT" use it you won't regret that. No contact is amazing , it all about yourself and teaches you to work on yourself ...... The more you forces on that person you gonna loose your dignity and respect , so use No contact , and one day you will attract a amazing person . God is great.

Had a beautiful relationship .. both love each other till date .. her mother knew about us but intentionally got her engaged to someone else without her will .. definitely she is a very kind human being and her parents was her first priority .. Yesterday my heart got broken by hearing a news of my beloved.

At present wat im going through it... not that easy to get rid of the depression..

I'm 19 years old , I was friends with a lovely girl I met in college . We started with friendship and we grew into very close friends . I did have a feeling for her and one day I just confessed bmand she also said yes. We had a few rough patches but we sorted and solved it together. All of a sudden she started this conversation with me about breaking up . I thought she was joking and when she told she was not joking I just felt something in my stomach as if someone have kicked you and at the same time gave you a ko punch . It felt like that . I was noticing that she wasn't telling me things that we used to share . I thought something is wrong with her . I just can't believe I have lost her. I know don't keep expectations and hope but I'm a human I'm not a robot . I just can't believe we won't even be friends anymore. Maybe what happened is for good , may almighty help me in this time
