I'm a mix of the three types but a little more of the overly friendly one i guess XD Also, not sure how it is at other schools, but at mine, we are NOT confidential resources. We are mandated reporters so we have to report about things like sexual assault and suicide ideation, but we're still good to talk to if you do want to report those things or if it's anything else!

I am starting my undergraduate at Penn State in the fall,and I am hoping to become one sophomore year. What advice would you give someone interested in becoming an RA?
