How to Deal With Your Emotions 

I’m 12 and I’ve been going through a tough time lately, I’ve been turning to these messages so I just wanna say thank you. Keep on posting

I know that God sent this to me. I've been going through so much inside. I thank God for this message. I know that he has me on his heart. The timing of this message could not have been more perfect. To God be the Glory!

When she said, “I am so pumped you guys are here on a Wednesday night”, I grabbed my phone and looked at what day it was. When I realized it’s a Wednesday night, I knew that God wanted me to hear this at this point in my life and I am once again reminded of the fact that God sees it all; all the times I’ve cried myself to sleep, all the emotions I’ve buried and He wants me to know that He understands. He is for me and He has promised to never leave me or forsake me. Whoever is reading this, I just want to let you know (or remind you, whichever works for you) that God loves you and He is for you✨

"The things we don't deal with won't go away.. we're just going to take it to adulthood". 💯 It's good that this message actually encourages us to not shy away from our emotions, but to acknowledge them and process them in a way that's directive to God. ✨

The night this was recorded my friend died and I was really upset and I got to talk to Allison about what was going on and it was just sooo helpful so I’m really grateful that we have people in our lives that are just here for comfort and to talk

I have tears in my eyes right now. When you said your greatest insecurity is awkwardness and not be able to connect to people easily as others, I knew God send me this message on this sunday. This is the same problem I been going through my entire life. And that freaks me out. Thanks for this wonderful message it helped me a lot. All praise to Jesus.

I am 14 and it's like be lonely all the time but when I was searching how to grow in God way the switch youth channel so thank very much switch

I'm 13 and have what you call "anger issues" like somebody just bailing on me just makes me cry at night, somebody not believing me makes me sad/mad (depending on the situation) So of course I take my anger out on my family and people at school. Im always getting in trouble as well. but in quarantine I downloaded tiktok. It was going to smooth until I seen a video that said "Do you know if your going to heaven?" then it hit me like, "I need to change ______ (my name) " So now its still hard but definitely getting better!

Just watched this video and I feel Exhilarated and like a weight has been lifted of my shoulders. This has helped me so much you can’t even imagine

this sermon got me in tears, thank u I needed this so much🙏🏽

We're all human and weak and imperfect so we having different kinds of emotions happens, sorrows, love,angrnes, and everyone deal with own way I do just my own work with honestly and leave result on God

Emotions are evidence you aren’t dead inside. There’s life under the surface. And while feelings shouldn’t be dictators of how we live, they are great indicators of what still needs to be worked through.

Just found your video. My family is going through a really hard time right now. Me and my mom were babysitting two kids Richie 11 and Chloe 9. The little girl has a lot of mental health issues. She was also molested when she was younger. She called CPS and claimed she was abused by her dad which isn't true. She has temper tantrums so bad that she throws herself against things and causes herself to get bruises. The last time mom babysat for the kids they were having a bible study and Chloe went off. Mom told me she looked like she had been posessed by a demon. This is overwhelming because of my own past of being molested when I was 18 by my uncle Eric, being abused by my dad and other things that I won't relate right now.
