Have you decanted wine?
When it doesn't have sediment and you just want to let it breath, it's pretty easy! You just pour it in 😊
BUT when it has a lot of sediment at the bottom, it's important to keep a close eye 👀as you are pouring to see when it is creeping towards the neck of the bottle and stop right before it would start to pour out.
If you have light, that will help a lot as well!
Dos Argente, Chardonnay from David Large in the Beaujolais is the natural wine featured here because it has a LOT of sediment and is a great example!

You poured it too fast so it was gulping air which caused the sediment to rise.

So you just pour it out then and stop at the sediment.

yup! Sometimes it can be harder to see than others, which is why it's best to do it over some light if it's a really dark bottle.
