it's a great design idea but the decorator was quite sloppy with it. She decorates like she gets paid per cake instead of by the hour. Again, great design but the decorator was rushed and messy.

The tulip tip is probably a ruffle tip Ateco (?) 401, 402 or 403. I have a 403 which may be smaller than this. I doubt she's asking you to buy this cake. She's giving you a tutorial on how to create a tulip, it's quite rude to leave such negative comments. If you can't even recognize the tip, you obviously don't work with different types of tips very often. I get the process, I've been searching for a tulip tutorial and this is the only full size one I've found. While it may be a bit rushed, I get the process. It's up to me to practice and make it perfect... Lol, on that note, can you tell us what tip you used for the inside? Thank you for the tutorial...

I'm actually quite anxious to try this. This would be neat to try. I think a bow done with a rose tip would have looked nicer though.

This is likely a grab N go cake that would be in a grocery store refrigerator case. A special order cake you would put a bit more effort into. People need to understand you don't have the luxury of time to spend on a single cake when companies expect volume over quality. A lot of these grocery stores want maximum production with the least amount of hours and workers to get it done. Payroll matters more than quality!
