Это не белковый, а Whipping cream. Это крем из взбитых сливок.

Забыла добавить. Есть рецепты с желатином, а есть без него. Обычно это не просто сливки с супермаркета, а специальные для плотного взбивания. Их можно замораживать. Да и в составе нет самих сливок 😄

At 8:20 you made two different colors flower. How did you make such a pipe bag like that? I have seen pipe bags two different colors in the bag. just the two different colors were on sperate sides of the bag. This on you made it possible to get red on the tip of every flower pedal, all while the flower stays white. How you do that?

You can see in the bag they've put red on the left and pink on the right. Then when they pipe vertically, the outside line is red and the inside is pink
