I decorated this set of floral cookies with the help of Eddie, The Edible Ink Printer! I created my own floral pattern on my tablet and then printed it directly onto my iced cookies. Find out more at www.Primera.com/Eddie

SUPPLIES
⭐Templates and printable floral pattern: ko-fi.com/s/6c18af6ca5
⭐Eddie, The Edible Ink Printer
⭐Cookie templates and an image to print on the cookies
⭐Chilled sheet of cookie dough (I used my no spread recipe for this project)
⭐3″ cookie cutter
⭐Flood consistency royal icing in white and dark blue
⭐Medium consistency royal icing in golden brown
⭐Stiff consistency royal icing in yellow
⭐12″ decorating bags
⭐Coupler
⭐Decorating tip 59s
⭐Decorating tip 8 or larger (for cutting the small round cookies)
⭐Decorating tip 2
⭐Decorating tip 352
⭐Couplers
⭐Scribe tool
⭐Flower nail
⭐Parchment paper squares
⭐Chefmaster food coloring in Royal Blue, Coal Black, Golden Yellow, Lemon Yellow, Buckeye Brown, and Leaf Green
⭐Gold luster dust
⭐Vodka, grain alcohol, or any flavor extract for painting (read this post for more about painting on royal icing)
⭐Decorator brushes
⭐Paint palette or small dish for mixing paint
⭐Colors
Dark blue = Royal Blue + a touch of Coal Black
Light blue = the same dark blue as above but a lighter shade
Golden brown + Lemon Yellow
Golden yellow = Lemon Yellow + Golden Yellow
Green = Leaf Green

I absolutely love that you tell us how to get the colors you’re using! Mixing colors is one of the most difficult parts of cookie decorating in my opinion!

Does the printer come with software ? also can it done without icing the cookie? like a icing sheet?

Yes it comes with free software and it can print on cookies with no icing but it might not look as vibrant if it’s not on a white background

hi- I just ordered this printer but the bartender app isn't compatible with Mac, what software will work with a Mac to create images that is compatible with Macs? I'm new to this whole printing on cookies so I have no idea what to do if i can't use the software.

Hi Lauren! Eddie’s customer service will be able to answer this for you. I just used Procreate on an iPad to make my pattern and then printed it from my Mac using the software that came with the printer. I also recommend joining the Eddie Facebook group because there are tons of helpful tips there and lots of other users who can help answer your questions ☺️

I believe it has to be connected to a computer, I don’t see a wi-fi or Bluetooth option on the printer. But if you want to contact their customer service they will be able to give you a definitive answer ☺️ www.primera.com/eddie-edible-ink-cookie-printer

Thank you!! This printer comes with its own cartridges, I don’t know if it’s possible to use a different kind of food coloring. Their customer service can tell you for sure, though ☺️ www.primera.com/eddie-edible-ink-cookie-printer
