In this video number {1206} How to Decrease SMPS output voltage, i demonstrated how to modify 12 volt SMPS to get 8 volt, how to decrease output instead of its rated voltage. after all this modification the SMPS works without any fluctuation. i shared feedback netwrok readjusting process to calculate reference voltage setting process for TL431 to drive optocoupler cathode current

Thank you sir, I'm confused at tl431 voltage drop 10.07v here(cathode to anode voltage drop). Sir before this your video "understanding tl431 adjustable refrence, theory and practical" You said that tl431 while in on state(2.5v at ref. Pin) drop about 2.5v at VKA(voltage between cathode and anode). But in this video tl431 drop 10.07v at cathode - anode, please can you explain me something that i miss

Salamu alaik, it would be much easier to understand if you can show also the schematic. Take for ex. the datasheet example and explain where you put the extra winding . I think it was better to have it before the resistor? I might be wrong. But still I don't understand how the VCC is 12 while it is coming from 220AC V after the rectifiers? . and why you need to increase the winding?

Bro every smps need a feedback circuit. So it will work as per designed voltage. So every charger are have a feedback network with help of tl431 Or zener diode (instant of tl431) . The zener diodes are placed in feedback pin of switching ic. Like (5.1v, 12v, 15v) smps have 5.1v , 12v , 15v zener. (But its used only in simple circuits)

@@rajkhumar001 no actually there is no zener , this circuit is using auxiliary winding voltage on its feedback pin.

hi Sir in video #598 i see on transistor Q6&Q7 being driven by pulse transformer with dc biased resistor, i dont understand the configuration on the base of the transistor including the capacitor in parrel with diode , can you please explain how does the transfomer driving the transistor base
