Thank you Dr. I am a 59yr old ultramarathoner, weight trainer, yoga/meditation daily, extremely fit, 45 BPM resting heart rate max 205BPM male. 2nd mRNA dose put me in the hospital Sept 2022. I backed off training to very light and still had a few relapses of symptoms. Recently back to daily running/lifting and symptoms are severe again. I've been taking VitD 5000IU/day for 15 years. I will up that to 15000 as I'm at the end of my rope and don't know what else to do at this point. Apparently NSAIDs are a risk now so that's out. It pisses me off. I didn't need or want a vaccine but was duped into believing it would help the community so I did it. Now it seems these vaccines have the worst impacts on the healthiest people.
Not sure but symptoms have disappeared since I went from keto(15 years keto) to full carnivore. I had a bunch of tests done last year and got no real answers. I found that antihistamines helped when I would get the attacks. In really good shape now again thankfully, but had to try many approaches to get here. Thanks and hope you are well.
Just curious how your progress is going? I’ve been dealing with this for about 5 months now and I went full carnivore about a month ago. Haven’t had any positive results yet.

I'm 31 y old male does sport and have good diet last week were diagnosed by myocarditis have got 2 shot of Pfizer covid 19, back in 2021, not Vitamin D deficient anyways thank you so much you save lifes! You are god warrior if what you are saying is the truth, they gave me medications that actually their side affects are worse than their benefits, doctor please if you read this massage what do you recommend me to do ? What to take now to heal and minimise further problems?
Shit screwed up my legs and feet bad. Blown bloodvessel all over im pissed. I know a military man who met the guy who made them he said famotidine. But it had to be taken 2 weeks before and after. He does not know if it will help now.
