How to Delete System Data Storage on your Mac 

my cache folder is 563 Mb and in storage data my system data says its 12GB. .... so something is not right .. :)))

You do not mention at all in the video that on some systems the biggest consumers of disk space in the System Data are the local Time Machine snapshots if you have automatic backup on.

You are wrong about windows. Lots of files don't get cleaned up, not to mention the registry.....
