Hi Mr and Mrs Wes: Really I appreciate the way you teach all of us. I can say both of you are methodical. I think it's easy when you describe someone else but when you describe yourself is necessary others do that. My daugther said I am perfeccionist at home. In my job, I consider myself: flexible, resourceful, organized, personable, detail-oriented, hard worker and of course, reliable person.

Almost everything here is fascinating and usefull regardless you prolong your speech before getting to the point, but I specifically learn every single word comes from your mouth as a native. Can you do another favour by adding something about letter writing for application or English essay and something like that and words to use when commencing inauguration as an MC to welcome visitors, guests and speakers. Thanks for your lesson. It takes me 2 weeks to watch this video because I want to put all new adjectives into my mind deeply. Now I have some examples to practice using these words. Hope you help me correct my mistakes. I think my examples are ridiculous.*_* - Van is so diligent in learning English because she dreams of being tour guide. - If I want to achieve my goals, I need to figure out my motivation to be motivated person. Moreover, I will be driven to get up and get moving when I get fail. - My friend, Thao, is too ambitious because she always carry out her work seriously without distraction. - My classmates are not collaborative. Because they are always relying on only one member who is good at the certain field that we are researching. - Not being punctual at work will probably cause me so much grief with my boss. - I'm not efficient , organized, innovative.
