Desexualizimg my brain is something that genuinely changed my life. In Jesus name, something that was taking over my whole life had no more power over me! It’s obviously always gonna be a constant battle, but God already won the war for me!! If you feel it start to come back, pray and read the Word!! Use God’s power, not our own because we tend to lose everytime!!

One thing that has helped me the most in my fight against sexual sin is GRATITUDE. A grateful heart is not a lustful heart. Lust just wants more and is never satisfied, Gratitude especially when it's to the Lord fills. Its not easy but this mindset change is powerful. Psalm 100.

I haven't worked out in about a year, haven't watched you in about two years, and just searched your name up again and this is the first video I see and you posted it literally a day ago. I've been struggling with this crap for so long and have an awful addiction, I swear this is a sign bro. Hoping I can truly stop. One thing that really helps is shifting your identity and telling yourself that you don’t identify with this any more, you aren’t going to stoop to the level of wanting to do this. I've been hitting the gym oftenly it's been a healthy release of emotions. But at other times, just a dump of emotions drops on me like concrete. And it all comes back. I've been off porn for a few days. I've always struggled with it, but I've had success in the past. I hope anyone else going through what I am will talk with God daily , he always listen as long as you believe that jesus died on that cross paving the way for all our brothers and sisters to go to heaven. God bless everyone, I was addicted to Phub for 3 years, the Lord set me free but this was only a result of seeking Him, and truly having an intimate relationship with Him. The more you surrender to Jesus and depend on Him for everything, the more you see a change in you. Also one thing is to rely on the Holy Spirit. He is God, your friend, your guidance, your teacher, ask Him to control your mind, when He does it leads to life and peace as it says in Roman’s 8:6. Yes you will fall many times but that’s what makes you stronger, Jesus’ strength is made perfect in your weakness. Submit to God, Resist the devil, and he shall flee. Don’t trust in your thoughts, anything that is confusion, tempting, rushing, angry, is not of God. Even if you do fall get back up don’t give into condemnation that’s what the devil wants you to do. As it says in Roman’s 8:1 “Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” Be safe brother and sisters God bless you all❤️

Never really watched your videos and I clicked on your latest one and got some really good advice, your explanation was perfect of saying the real chains are our lustful activities not God telling us not to do it. When people say you fell off they compare an illusion feeling of nostalgia and their natural perspective to think things get worse and sum that equation to say that you are in the worst spot ever when it’s all in their head, keep making these videos you truly won’t ever know how much it helps us.
