By the way, your music is dope so I wasn’t hating on music in general, promise. I’m in school right now and I have a certification for illustrator but photoshop is relatively new to me and not going to lie I have struggled with it. I get frustrated with myself for slowing videos down over and over and trying to catch every click and ADHD runs hot in these veins boy haha. Okay I can’t help it I’m a UX designer so I just can’t resist expressing when I’m “delighted” with an experience 🤓 thanks for responding. I've been a subscriber for probably 4 years now and I just have to say I still value your content because of its high quality. Your designs are amazing too, very interesting and modern. All my subscriptions are becoming garbage and you are one of the those channels that still have hope.
this was great, would have been great to see the whole process in real time, a few of the steps towards to the end were really cool (prepping it for a shirt, colour balance and other adjustments etc.)
Charley .... love the content. As a fellow designer I just wanted to point out 2 methods you could use to be more efficient with what you're doing in the design around the 3:00 mark. If you have a fully transparent object you can just select the blending options in the layer style panel and check off the box that says "layer mask hides effects" under advanced blending or optionally if you had say an image with a layer mask you could right-click the effect and select "create layer" and just add your mask to the new layer that contains only the glow.

Fantastic design, could you explain a bit more about what you did to “prepare” the final design at the 8 minute mark? Mainly around the removing of the black? It’s a bit Hard to see and understand everything you did with the video sped up!

The best you can hope to do is use halftones for a dithering effect. There can be no transparency/opacity adjustments when you're printing onto a shirt. Nothing in this video explains how this translates to an actual shirt, it's just a mockup.

Thank you for the tutorial! Do you print on dark transfer paper and cut the edges of the letter or you cut straight horizontally on top and bottom before doing a heat press?
I ALWAYS FOLLOW YOUR TUTORIALS. I DONT FIND ANY TUTORIAL WHICH EXPLAINS AFTER DESGN HOW TO PROCESS IT FOR PRINTING LIKE CONVERTING TO VECTOR , COLOR CODING .
did you subtract the black through the layer adjustment panel so that when it prints you dont have to waste black ink. Was there areason for the numbers you chose
how do you find the document dimension? i have a design i created and wanted to send it to the supplier for printing but I don't know how to properly fill out the tech pack any suggestions?
Question is and sorry if someone asked this but in a design like this is this something that could be sold being that your or we didn’t take the main picture ? Just curious how all that works
