@CARTHANGS It was hard for me to paint the head lights too,but when I watched your videos I learned how to do it and they are much better looking. Thank you! But now I need to learn how to paint hot wheels with spray paint🥲
For tail lights I use a Molotow chrome pen then micro tip Sharpie over the top, works and looks good. For further definition you can then use nuln oil.
I’m gonna have to try the toothpick style because I bought these make up brushes. They’re disposables and they’re not firm enough! Thanks for all your videos. They really are good, and really help out.
Thank u so much for this. U don’t understand how much of an inspiration u are for me. U are the reason why I started selling custom cars on eBay, so ty. I’m not as good as u tho
You are so welcome! I love to hear that I was able to inspire you and helped you out! Great job on selling your customs! I’m very proud of you! Just keep practicing and you will be amazing just like me :)
Yo, I’ve found that using panel liner for the grills and vents instead of painting is WAAAAY easier. Great video though. The R34 headlights turned out fantastic 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Hi again man, just wanna ask if I could use Tamiya diecast paint.( is it harder to wipe away if there is a mistake)Also if the car is black already do I skip the fist black part.
I often struggle to get the finer touches on some headlights. It's mainly with trying to give them a three dimensional "depth" & make them lookomg like they do on some Carculture castings. Lamborghini Huracan lights are sometimes tricky, as are McLaren F1s...
Thanks for the tutorial. Where did you get your paint pens at. Do they say they’re oil based? I’m still using acrylic paints but I think I might switch . Thanks 😎
Great Video But why can’t Mattel detail front and rear headlights to give a more realistic look makes me think what are they thinking when it wouldn’t be too much of cost or time as it is already programmed in some of their cars already. Makes a big impression on the Car and more realistic. What about using a very fine Waterproof Marker that won’t fade or rube off. Well Done 🇦🇺👀🔥
bro thanks for the expo marker vid i did it on my jeep gladiator hotwheels and it turned out perfect can i have a shoutout? ps. credited you in my latest short
