To eliminate analysis paralysis, most small businesses can be successful with a strategy that touches the following: - A clear definition of their solution which actually solves a problem - A clear marketing/sales plan (i.e. you know who to be in front of and how to close them) - Fair pricing structure (i.e. you get paid well enough for your labor without gauging the market) - A documentation/ knowledge capture system
