Joaquin I do not believe this guy has ever dug a ditch in a difficult situation like a city street with underground utilities Gas ,Electric , telephone , Ect. He is digging in a open field with nothing around
when ur paid by the hour id be doing the same stuff u are. but when ur on salary and have a quota to meet not everyone has time to spend 30 mins in the same spot. especially with an excavator operator recording videos on his phone and another guy looking at porn on the side.
number one mistake guys make is leaving spoils too close ive seen guys legs get broken from dirt clads rolling down into a deep ranch even though its benched correctly
Wow .... if anyone half decent on a machine can't do this they shouldn't be in the seat ,this is kinder garden shit my 5 year old grandson could do this. Pipeline work is probably the least skilled job on any machine ,it's the most boring I'll tell you that and yes been there done it

Most of the time we just made ramps but we where on hills steep enough that the ramps came out almost level never really did flat ground like ya got mostly in wv and pa was always on hill crew and was either being winches down or doing the winchin
Good video....Im in Canada so we never dig in that type of material. Its like sand and shale? We dig in mostly clay but some sand in a few areas. But not dry sand like a desert where you are! lol FYI, dont play any music unless you own the copyright for it or RU-vid will punish you.
