Hi there, do you know where the charging controller is, on the same PCB where the USB is, or on the motherboard? My phone wouldn't charge using any chargers including the original one, only from a USB3 port. Therefore I want to know where the controller is, to replace it

Hi, often we can't do this. We get these models from our partners. Usually, we have an option in the agreement - don't separate a display from the frame.

Заменил на данной модели дисплей по вашему гайду, всё отлично получилось, но вот с сенсором какая-то беда, он работает но касания делает в других местах, не подскажете можно ли откалибровать сенсор

+Cromvel_TV Значит на ZE550ML(TM5.5HD) and ZE551ML(TM FHD ZE551ML)такие маркировки дисплея. Возможно просто не рабочий сенсор (брак), или посмотреть есть ли в настройках функция калибровки, тогда это все решит, еще есть специальные программы в Google Play (скачали - запустили - проверили)

Еще на шлейфе сенсора находится чип контроллера сенсора , их надо сравнить есть одинаковые , то проблем быть не должно и скорее брак

I have an ZenFone 2 (ZE550ML) with broken screen ..the screen is working but the botom part and the android buttons does not respond...if i take a full screen+digitizer+front cover from an ZenFone 2 (ZE551ML) will it work? ? the pcb camera speaker seems to work ok..

Hi, I have a doubt. Even, if the connector will be the same & all parts of the screen also, the pins could be different. BTW, in a price-list of our suppliers, the screens are incompatible.

Друзья, чинил свой ze551ml. Вообщем будьте ОЧЕНЬ аккуратны с батареей. Она у меня была приклеена крайне липкой мягкой лентой белого цвета. Всвязи с чем порвал защитную алюминевую оболочку на аккумуляторе. Вроде работает, но страшно не взорвется ли он))) Может мастера подскажут?;-) За видео огромное Спасибо! Все четко показано. Единственное отличие с тем, как разбирал его я - это то, что я не снимал медный "теплорассеиватель", что бы вынуть шлейфик от дисплея сбоку.

Hey!Nice video.I have a battery issue with my Zendone 2 ze550ml .The battery drains too fast ,like it will become 0% within 1 hour of use.It starts draining 10,15% at a time When the battery % is almost at 60%.So what may be the cause ,and what should i do now .Eagerly waiting for your answer.which part should i change.

muy bueno suck video, una pregunta, mi Asus ZenFone @ ZE551ML detecta muy baja señal de Wifi 2,4G como en 5G. Hay algo que pueda revisar o algún conector que no esté en su lugar y con tenga coneccion con al antena del móvil? Gracias por su respuesta

Hola, los contactos wifi situado en la parte superior, puede limpiarlo o desdoblarlo. (¡Note! -en primer lugar!) in English the contacts wifi located at top, You can clean it up or unbend it. (Notice! -at first!)

Sabes que destape el equipo y lo único que encontré, era que una de las pestañas de la antena que hacen contacto con la tapa no removible esta suelta. Ósea ha dos pestañas de esas en varios puntos de la parte superior del móvil y en un par de esas, esta suelta una de las dos. Por esta razón puede que la intensidad de la señal wifi sea muy baja en las dos frecuencias 2,4 y 5Ghz?

потерял пару болтиков при разборе телефона. Не подскажете, где купить или как называются такие же как у этого? просто не все болты подходят. Какие то длиньше, какие то короче, у кого то шаг резьбы совсем другой...

Здравствуйте! Помогите пожалуйста! У меня Zenfone 2 z551ml, при включении сам выключается с достаточным уровнем заряда батареи Аппарат не падал не плавал. Сначала подумал что вирусы и прочая хрень, делал восстановление не помогло делал сброс настроек к заводским не помогло. Сервисам не доверяю поэтому разбирал сам, думал может что отошло или грязь попала там вроде всё нормально, вот только после разборки перестал загораться индикатор зарядки при подключении ЗУ. Телефон покупал в прошлом году всё чётко работал без лагов, а тут за несколько дней загнулся (((

Hi, good video, I have a question, there is a black cable that connects the board where the is located the vibrator, to the logic board, I was trying to disassemble my ZE551ML but when I tried to remove it, it broke from the logicboard, I still not receive my LCD replacement, but I'm afraid that doesn't have solution, can you tell me what's the function of that cable? I wondered if was the NFC, bluetooth, WiFi, etc. ;_;

Hello, you can replace just the digitizer (the glass) or module (display + touch screen). But replace the digitizer is very difficult work as it demand special tools and skills as an experience in the work
