Hello, unfortunately we don't have this phone when we get its we'll make the video. About replacement, you can replace touch as you wish but separating sensor is harder a lot!

Hi, awesome video, thank you My zenphone 3 max felt down and the phone wont turn on and the charging LED is never up. The screen has a little crack from the corner to the other corner. I opened the phone and solderings around USB seems goods, everything seems good. But no sign of life or charging. I dont think I will try to go further by changing the screen. Because it seems motherboard of this phone is quite weak. There are several complaints about it on the web.

Hello, yea, this is flex cable of buttons volume +/- and power on. You have to glue it from old to new one.

Здравствуйте, тачскрин не трогали. В конце видео модуль (дисплей и тачскрин) остается в рамке. Замена только тачскрина исключительная мера, которой обычно не пользутся в ремонте, а меняют модуль целиком. Причина банольно проста - не такой дорогой модуль в сравнении с моделями Сони или Самсунг.

Hi my Asus Zenfone 3 Max ZC520TL start to hang up while i was calling my mom. At it hang for about 20-30 mins then it goes to black screen then 15 after it off automatically. Then i was able to charge it but i cant turn it on. So after a day later i go to the mall and go to the store to check its warranty 2 weeks later i got a message. "your warranty is void because your phone is water damge" . And they say that the problem is the main board. How can that happen? i never let my CP get soaked with water. so how can that happen? / And how much for Asus Zenfone 3 Max ZC520TL main board ? *Sorry for my english*

Okay, if we're talking about the battery which was dried entirely or have got a malfunction. I'd recommended to disassemble the phone and replace or charge the battery, directly (use a special device which does the electric current directly to the battery). Other cases are more complicated.

Hello you can use two ways or you find something like a hooked thing (as needle) and stick it in hole and draw tray out or you'll take off a back cover and push it out from the inside to outside. Just do it very carefully. If something will go wrong write us we'll try to help.

Добрый день. У меня на такой же модели плохо ловит сеть. Можно ли как не будь увеличить ? До этого был филипс. Там было проще, на задней стенке корпуса увеличил пластинку в виде медной фольги. А тут я такого не вижу

I accidentally dropped my Zenfone Max 3 in the water and it got totally ruined. It was so disappointing since it was too weak since it was only dipped for a few seconds and it got totally blocked out. I had no chance too redeem it back to its glory. And it's only a month old.

Hello, for now You (or specialist will do it) got to disassemble the phone and clean the mother board from water and rust. After that inspect the mb and determine fault or confirm its death.

Salut, Dans ce cas, nous démontons habituellement le téléphone et inspectons tous les câbles flexibles et les autres pièces. ET nous l'assemblons à nouveau et vérifions s'il y a des dysfonctionnements. In this case, we usually disassemble the phone again and inspect all flex cables and other parts. AND we assemble it again and check it out for malfunctions.

Здравствуйте, на нижней плате расположены элементы и контакты на антенный блок, к тому же к плате еще подключается коаксиальный кабель , который соединяет антенну с основной платой. Нужно проверить все ли подключено и попадают ли контакты на нижней плате на контакты антенны.

I was trying to figure out how to open the SIM bay but had no idea. When we watched this video we all laughed at how complicated it is. Simply ridiculous. But I am still not able to open it. I don't know why. Do I need to have those very specialized tools to work with it? Who knows if I return this UFO stuff just because I can't open it. lol

I would like to say that I didn't intend to upset you. We just laughed at this smartphone being so difficult and sophisticated to handle. I plunged a needle into that small hole in an effort to open the bay. That needle was the only one that fitted the hole in my house. But it didn't work. So I had to go to the Walmart to buy a clip that fits it. It worked but it wasted more than an hour to open a SIM bay. I don't even want to think about opening the back cover. It looks way more harder than opening the bay. I am not complaing about your video but about this smartphone; I appreciate you for sharing it.

Olá, é preferível substituir a tela com a tela sensível ao toque inteiramente. Os motivos são o preço não é caro e a substituição é mais fácil. Em inglês, preferable will be to replace the display with the touchscreen entirely. The reasons are the price is not expensive and the replacement is easier.
