How to Disassemble Razer Blade RZ09 0288 7E92 Laptop 

You can clean the fans safely by blasting short spurts of canned air into the vent to dislodge the dust. I like to do it when its running so it blows the dust back out. You bulging is most likely caused by the lithium battery swelling up. If you pop off the bottom case, you can clean your fans and also replace the battery pretty easily.

Usually those don't get dirty, most likely there is a problem with the cable itself or the LCD is going bad.

@@Sellbrokedotcom Oh. :( It just happens during the first 10-15 minutes when the laptop starts working after being in sleep or turned off for a while. After that it sorts itself out and it doesn't happen anymore.

Miloš Šikić do you have a Razer blade mid 2019 advanced model? My screen goes black every time it comes out of sleep mode, it’s a common problem with these models Razer really fucked up on the first launch of the 240HZ displays. This is a common problem unfortunately, the only way around it is to never put your laptop into sleep mode or run it at 60hz instead of 240hz. I’m looking to replace the battery, does anyone know where I can find replacement batteries for this model?

@@darrenferony9769 No, I think mine's the early 2019 model (0288). My screen actually works after I come back from sleep, but after a few minutes, it either becomes garbled or fully red with a few vertical white stripes. Then, after a few minutes, the issue goes away and it doesn't come back until I sleep the laptop or turn it off and leave it like that for a while (for example, over night). It's odd. Also, if I connect the laptop to an external display while the issue is occurring on the laptop screen - the picture on the external display is totally fine. So I'm guessing it has something to do with the laptop's display or the cables connected to it.

@@TheVoidOfWhatever It is a known issue in Razer Blades bro. Totally software and driver related. No need to worry on a lemon ribbon cable. Many of us experience that issue. Razer currently is working on a permanent fix for that. Temporary fix involves setting the refresh speed to 60hz or disabling sleep mode

It may help to reseat the connector, those I think just have a thin retainer tab you just flip up to release the ribbon.

The thermal pads can be reused if they are not torn, but the paste should be changed.

There's lots of different 15" Razer Blades. If yours is different then it should still be close to this one in design.

They used a hard drive from an Acer and installed it in your Razer. The computer I'm using is an HP all-in-one but Windows says its an Inspiron 5579 because I used an SSD out of that model to upgrade this one :) I would check your Device Manager and make sure there are no yellow triangles for missing drivers. If those are all good then you are probably OK there. Then try to change your windows wallpaper.... it will tell you if Windows isn't activated. Otherwise it should be just fine.

@@Sellbrokedotcom Thank you so much. Yes I can change wallpapers in this device. In the device manager there are three yellow traingles for 1. Base system device, PCI device and SM bus controller. Otherwise all fine. The computer works very fine I was just worried to get an ACER sytem inside Razer. Is it because it is bought from ebay (open box) ? But getting windows 10 pro instead of home is also surprising

Torque screws are placed back side of panel. U need a toque headed screw driver

T5 torque screwdriver
