Wow anyone notice how expensive this stuff is! Best advice go to a pool store that specializes in spa's. Im sure they will have something there to clean. I heard spa purge works well, but make sure to speak to your local pool store before dumping any chemicals in you spa tub. Also make sure you rinse thoroughly after cleansing and sanitizing. Don't waste your money on this. It's a scam, and WAY too expensive.

What about the black particle things that come out of the jets? How do i clean it out and how do i prevent the black goop particles from coming back every time??
Those black particles are residue from biofilm. Which is stagnant water forming this gel like substance. This is the dirty sectets most whirlpool /bubble baths has. So you need to clean the jets before and after each bath. Using o yuck to clean the piping. Then while you bath use a tablet of clorine disolved in the bath water. Then you should be good to go.
