Dear Ramesh. Excellent presentation. Audio and video quality is good. Animation of dismantling and assrmbling good. Congratulation for your effort in making a good animation and explain how the problem was solved. You could have added few more points regarding the process of finding fault. Probably you omitted to mention that the entire weight of the rudder & stock was taken by jacking it up from underneath, before tightening the upper nut, such that the weight of the stock would be on the taper instead of on the thrust bearing.

Sir is it when you are tightening the upper pintle...bottom pintle comes loose and then you correct it?

Hello sir Steering motor failure both the motors out for maintenance cannot troubleshoot but the rudder is extreme starboard and we need to midship the rudder anyhow any suggestions?rotary vane motor make Rolls Royce

If ship is sailing and u need to do this...release the shock absorber valves completely....sail full away and rudder will automatically come to midship position.afyer reaching midship position....immediately...reset the shock absorber valve to original setting....all the best...mail me with circ diagram if you have doubts
