Thank you for the tutorial! It was super helpful! I was puling my hair out trying to figure out why my posts were not showing on the menu. As soon as you said don't use pages in the menu...a light bulb moment!

I do have one question though. When you click on a specific page on a menu on the website, it shows the word category before the name of that specific page. For example, on the website, the name of the page shows as "Category: Food" instead of just showing "Food"

instead of creating a page, i create a category and then i can add posts to that category. this is perhaps a good way to create an ongoing comic strip that grows with each post. can i make a category in the menu the landing page? in other words can i make a category the home page?
