As a semi professional goalkeeper I have advise on your dive when you land, I see that you’re landing either straight or diving and landing behind you. Keep your momentum forward and dove towards the balls so your body is ahead of your knees
A good tip for all goalkeepers is to copy exactly how he does it He didn’t explain how to do the dive but it’s very important to land on your back and not stomach with your arms STRETCHED to the full
I know how to dive but I’m still revising this before a game the next day, Hot tip: Bring the ball in (towards your chest like a hug) because players WILL run at you for the ball in hope of getting it in, I’ve been hugging the ball on the ground my self and have been kicked in the face multiple times. This showing that players will do anything to score that goal! 😂😂
the thing is, my grass is full of these spiky things. If i dive, i'd get hit by some, then i have to pick out every single piece and then someone would score a goal by that time.
I am a professional goalkeeper and I just want to share something. I've been taught no to stand on your tiptoes. U want to have your weight on your toes, or maximum raise your heel by 2 cm.
My brother and I just did some shooting and saving in our back yard for the past 3 hours from 9 pm to 12 am😂 the grass stains on my shirt are so dark that it’d be impossible to find that part in like a tree line or in a bush
U wanna have better hands? put one hand on top of the ball and one behind it. This prevents u from letting the ground make u spit the ball out!!! 34 year goalkeeper
My glofe and his glofe are the same but i know how to dive but when u dive and cacthing is so hard that is what i want to know how to do it please show me😅
