How to divide and replant overgrown (feral) Standard Agapanthus plants at Littlewood Agapanthus Farm

Have you got Agapanthus that have been in the ground for 10+ years? A lot of us do and that's ok but they will not be flowering as well as they could. The large overgrown or feral clumps as we like to call them will do much better if you dig them up, divide them into smaller clumps and replant them into the ground with a handful of fertiliser.
