Well done! i'm going to do the same. I don't have as much room so i plan on a flush to the wall installation with the shortest pipe possible.

Might want to culk the outside vent so water does not travel between plastic into wall

Can you tell us what you did with the metal tube? Did you cut it down to fit between the louvered vent and the plastic flange?

Thank you, it’s a vent tube cut to fit the hole plus I used ac duct tape

I bought a 6 inch vent hood from Home depot, It came with a metal vent tube. Did you trim the metal vent tube so it was a perfect fit? And at what point did you install the Duct tape? Thanks

No water line I just drain it when the indicator light flashes if full. But it rarely needs to be empty. Works pretty well

@@sarahpenberth2948 it's a lie? 🤣 You are cooling the condenser with indoor air causing a constant pressure gradient and loosing several thousand BTUs. All that does not apply to DUAL HOSE air conditioners
