SO many of us struggle with this move between shoulder mobility and strength in that open position or that twisting it's caused a lot of injury for me. I highly recommend mastering it from the floor.
Oh yeah, got that. No problem. I am sure I can do that first try. 😄😄 Seriously though, I admire the strength that that takes to make it look so fluid and easy. 🙏♥️
I dreamed pole dance mission tonight, while I was playing in fnaf 4- and my parents found out that I got in the hallway that was the pole dance room, a girl was dancing in the middle of the room, (the room was like a disco and so big) I had to be fast to escape the room for the "mission" bc I was scared to go and pole dance. (That was a place for money and "sexy"). (Dancing for money) she was half naked💀🧖♀️
Not sure if this a great tutorial.. I was more so looking for a way to transition into balllerina not from the ground.. most people are not going to go into that position from the ground
1. Not all pole dancing is sexual, its a form of dance and takes a ton of athleticism 2. Not all dads are prudes who can't admit that their adult daughters are adults.
