I went to a hoop seminar and they taught us how to do this trick and she told me it needs momentum to work and to spin your hoop as hard as you can before tossing it 🤣 obviously that was wrong bc I’ve literally been trying for years. And here I am, watching your video seeing how gracefully you do this while going nice and slow and I’m realizing why I’ve been stuck all this time. Thank you so much!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I tried learning this myself, so instead of thumb up holding hoop I had my fingers wrapped on the outside of the hoop with thumb down. I’d flick or mainly use the inside of my wrist to propel the hoop across my chest. Is this wrong?

I can't seem to not bend my arm when I first flick the hoop across my chest, any tips?? I think I might just need someone to hold my arm straight until I get it haha
im having trouble doing it when i have a long sleeve shirt on--i can only do it with short sleeve or a tank top. do you think that i would just need to change the pace at which im tossing it in order to fix that issue when wearing sleeves?
