Thank you for saying that there is beauty in “starting over”. Sometimes it seems that as soon as one injury heals, there is another! The physical limitations that aging can bring can be very frustrating for someone who has gratefully enjoyed a well working body. You have given me a new mantra. “There is beauty in having the opportunity to start over.”❤️

Thank you Jessica for reminding me how to do crunches again. Over the years it is easy to pick up BAD habits. Then you don't do the movements any more. You are right occasionally we have to re train ourselves.
