Hit a hold of these at the gym today too. Just realized the HBH pull-ups you taught me a few years ago have paid dividends and allowed me to skip most of the beginning movements even though I wasn’t practicing HBHs 😅
This might be slightly off topic but sort of related. I've stopped doing hollow body pull-ups (weighted) due to the stress it was putting on my neck. Kept straining it over and over even though i put a ton of attention on neutral head positioning. And my form was excellent. I went from super strict hollow body pull ups (more lateral) to a more relaxed hollow body (more vertical) and still was getting injuries. Any insight into this or tips?
